MPC Meeting Information Posting Schedule
Information related to our monthly public meeting, which is held the second Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m., is posted to this website at regularly scheduled times as described below. The information is listed in the order that it becomes available. If you would like to be notified by email when information becomes available, please sign up for our mailing list.
For information regarding the status of any agenda item that has been requested for postponement, please contact Buz Johnson of the MPC staff at 215-2500. For information on any other agenda items, please call 215-2500 and our receptionist will direct your call to the appropriate staff member. |

| Plan Amendment and Rezoning Requests Announcement |
A listing of requests for plan amendments and rezonings will be posted approximately 30 days before the meeting. Once the preliminary agenda is posted, this announcement will be removed because the preliminary agenda will contain updated information. |
| Preliminary Agenda |
A preliminary posting of the MPC agenda containing a list of cases scheduled to be heard along with a brief description of the property, location, and requested action will be posted two weeks prior to each meeting. Once the Agenda Package is posted, this agenda will be removed since the agenda package will contain updated information. |
| Agenda Package |
A complete set of all agenda materials including maps, staff reports, site plans, correspondence and other supporting documents will be be posted the Friday afternoon preceding the MPC meeting. This information can and does change. Don't forget to check for Additions, Changes and Corrections to the Agenda Package starting on the Tuesday afternoon before the meeting!

| Automatic Postponements and Withdrawals |
A list of items scheduled to be automatically postponed or withdrawn will be posted on the Tuesday preceding the MPC meeting. |
| Agenda Review Meeting Information |
This meeting occurs at 11:45 a.m. on the Tuesday before the monthly MPC meeting. The agenda for each agenda review meeting will be available the morning of the meeting and the minutes will be posted when they are available. |
| Additions, Changes, and Corrections to the Agenda Package |
Any additions, changes or corrections that occur after the publication of the Agenda Package will be listed here beginning on the Tuesday afternoon preceding the MPC meeting and continuing as needed until the meeting begins.

| MPC Meeting Minutes |
The minutes of each MPC meeting are posted when they are approved by the commission at the following month's meeting. For example, January minutes will be posted after the February meeting. |
| MPC Executive Committee Meetings |
Executive Committee meetings are called on an as-needed basis. The agendas and minutes are available using the link to the left.
